Luxury Escapes in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Customer Experience team at the Brisbane Retail Store. You will shape the in-store experience, inspire a team of travel experts and drive exceptional service and personalised travel experiences.
You will coach, mentor and develop staff, manage KPIs, resolve escalations, report to senior leadership, and ensure adherence to scripts and processes while creating a welcoming, high-energy store workplace.
