Location: Fairfield, NSW

Salary: $50 per hour + 15% Afternoon Shift Loading + Super

Join a growing manufacturing teamWe’re looking for an experienced Production Die Setter / Injection Moulder to join a well-established manufacturing company in Fairfield on a permanent afternoon shift.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone with robust injection moulding and die‑setting experience who enjoys working in a quality‑focused production environment.

Afternoon Shift

Monday to Thursday: 2:15pm – 10:45pm

Friday: 11:45am – 5:45pm

About the Role





You’ll be responsible for the setup and operation of injection moulding machines, including die changes, machine adjustments, troubleshooting and monitoring production to ensure quality and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience as a Die Setter and/or Injection Moulder
- Experience with Arburg injection moulding machines highly regarded
- Medical device manufacturing experience highly desirable
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of quality and production requirements
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
