Australian Venue Co. is seeking a Venue Manager for Fairfield Boathouse in NSW.

You will lead a large front and back-of-house team across food & beverage, events, and boat hire, driving profitability and exceptional guest experiences in a busy destination venue. This pivotal role requires robust P&L; oversight, labour control, and performance coaching, with a calm, proactive leadership style during peak periods and renovations.
