Thoroughbred Racing PTY is seeking a Financial Controller to work closely with the CEO and Directors to deliver timely financial insights for growth within a dynamic equine setting. Based in Flemington with regular travel to training locations, you will lead a finance team and partner with management to drive profitability and efficiency.

You will oversee reporting, budgeting, cash flow, compliance and system improvements, shaping strategic decisions with strong commercial acumen.
