About the Role

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Outbound Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and generate current business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Based in our Customer Care Centre, you'll proactively engage existing, dormant and prospective customers, identify equipment hire opportunities, and connect customers with the right solutions. If you're energetic, resilient and enjoy building relationships, uncovering opportunities and achieving results, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Proactively contacting existing, dormant and prospective customers to identify hire opportunities.
- Generating and qualifying leads through high-volume outbound calls and follow-up activities.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Promoting equipment, services and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Preparing quotations, reservations and contracts in line with company processes.
- Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
- Collaborating with branch, sales and operations teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
- Meeting performance targets relating to activity, lead generation, conversion and customer service.

What We're Looking For





- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, customer service or business development.
- Experience in outbound sales, prospecting or cold calling.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and active listening skills.
- Confidence identifying opportunities, overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales technology.
- Equipment rental, construction, industrial or related industry experience highly regarded.
