Hicon is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

Managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, you’ll be responsible for coordinating project programs, subcontractors, procurement, safety and quality to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

You’ll play a key role in driving project performance, resolving issues proactively and coordinating day-to-day project activities across all stages of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Monitor project programs, milestones and contractor performance
- Oversee procurement, project coordination and day-to-day site activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications
- Lead project meetings,



track actions and proactively manage risks and delays
- Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to provide regular project updates
- Resolve project issues and coordinate outcomes across project teams

What We’re Looking For

- Previous Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, quality and project outcomes
- Proficient in construction management systems and Microsoft Office
