Visy is seeking a Site Manager to lead the Smithfield Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in NSW. You will be accountable for site safety, people, financial performance and operational outcomes.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, partner with councils, contractors and customers to deliver solid site performance, EBITDA growth and continuous improvement. This fast-paced, heavy industrial environment requires decisive leadership and a hands-on approach.
