YouthAdvance is seeking an Outdoor Education Programs Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of our outdoor education offerings across NSW and Australia. The role combines program management, staff leadership, logistics and safety to deliver outstanding participant experiences.

You will collaborate with award teams, guides, parents and schools while ensuring programs are well staffed, safely delivered and compliant with policies. A agile, hands-on leadership role awaits.
