You will partner with operational teams and senior stakeholders to translate system changes into practical learning outcomes for staff across multiple campuses.

The role requires leading development programs, applying instructional design, and engaging diverse groups to deliver scalable solutions. Location is NSW-wide with campus availability considerations.
