For more than 25 years, GHG has been one of the most trusted names in turf and landscape. We deliver turf construction, sports field drainage, renovation and maintenance projects, and we're known for doing the job properly.

We're growing, and we need an experienced Projects Supervisor to run delegated projects from first sod to final handover.

The role

Reporting to our Construction Manager, you'll manage the day-to-day delivery of projects on site. You'll lead crews, subcontractors and suppliers, and you'll make sure every job is safe, on time, on budget and built to a high standard.

Day to day, you'll:

- Set project priorities with the Construction Manager and Project Managers
- Supervise site teams, trades, apprentices, subcontractors and suppliers
- Read and apply plans, specifications and project requirements
- Track progress against schedules and keep delivery on target
- Help manage subcontracts, purchase orders, materials procurement and project spend
- Coordinate site logistics, plant, equipment and resources
- Handle variations and commercial matters as they come up
- Keep QA/QC tight and make sure work follows GHG systems and standards




- Build solid relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Support projects through pre-construction, construction and closeout

About you

You're a hands-on leader who knows landscape or turf construction inside out and can keep a site moving when conditions change. You'll bring:

- At least 5 years' experience in a similar project delivery role
- A strong background in landscape construction, turf construction or a related field
- Proven ability to lead small teams and coordinate subcontractors
- Confidence reading plans and understanding project budgets
- Sound commercial awareness
- Strong planning, organisation and communication skills
- Solid experience operating landscape construction plant and equipment
- Attention to detail, integrity and a strong work ethic

Qualifications & licences

- Construction White Card (mandatory)
- Current manual driver's licence, with MR or HR preferred
- Certificate III in Landscaping or Horticulture, or equivalent industry experience
- Senior First Aid (desirable)
- Asbestos Awareness Training (desirable)
