This is a permanent full-time role within our Water and Sewerage team, based at the Moruya Depot. As the Electrical Mechanical Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate the team responsible for maintaining Council’s electrical and mechanical water and sewerage assets. You’ll oversee maintenance and renewals, provide technical expertise, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to required standards.
The salary for this position is up to $135,423.10 per annum inclusive of 12% superannuation. A fully maintained Council vehicle for travel to and from home is also provided.

About you
You’re an experienced electrical professional who enjoys leading a team, solving problems and keeping essential services running safely and reliably.
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience leading and supporting teams, with a genuine commitment to safety.
- Hands‑on experience with the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical, SCADA, telemetry and communications systems.
- Experience planning and coordinating maintenance, renewals, resources and workloads.
- An understanding of asset management principles and effective maintenance planning.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with your team and stakeholders.
- Electrical trade and Certificate IV qualification and Qualified Supervisor Certificate for Electrical Work.
