Fleet Manager – National Fleet Sales (VIC)

About the Role

Fleet is a key growth channel for Chery in Australia. As our Fleet Manager, you will build and support vehicle sales to Large Fleet, Government and Rental customers nationally, working with our dealer network to win business and deliver against Chery Australia's national sales objectives.

Job tasks and responsibilities

- Based in Victoria, with regular interstate travel
- Build and manage a national pipeline across Large Fleet, Government and Rental customers
- Win new accounts and grow existing ones with tailored fleet solutions
- Prepare and lead tender, panel and contract submissions
- Support dealers nationally to quote, deliver and service fleet customers
- Track fleet pipeline, volume and market activity,



and report against targets
- Work closely with the national sales team to align fleet activity with Chery's national sales and market share goals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and KPI targets

To be successful you need

- We are looking for a driven, results-focused sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry.
- 5+ years' experience in OEM automotive fleet B2B sales
- Proven record of winning new accounts and achieving sales targets
- Experience with Government, Large Fleet or Rental customers (highly regarded)
- Strong relationship, negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel interstate as required
