About the role
They are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their Mount Gravatt boutique. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll drive sales performance, mentor a close-knit team and build lasting relationships with a loyal and diverse customer base.

This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in high-value consultative sales, enjoys developing people and takes pride in delivering a luxury retail experience.

As Store Manager, you will:

- Lead and inspire a high-performing boutique team
- Deliver exceptional one-on-one client experiences from enquiry through to purchase
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Coach and develop your team to achieve outstanding sales results
- Drive store performance while maintaining a premium customer experience
- Oversee visual merchandising, stock control and daily boutique operations
- Ensure the boutique reflects the high standards of an international luxury retailer
- Create a positive, professional and performance-driven team culture

What you'll bring

- Previous experience within jewellery retail
- Bilingual ideal - Mandarin or Cantonese
- A proven background in premium, consultative sales
- Strong leadership and coaching capability




- Confidence working with KPIs and driving commercial outcomes
- Excellent relationship-building skills and cultural awareness
- A polished, skilled presentation and passion for luxury retail
- Experience selling gold, diamonds or fine jewellery will be highly regarded
