About the role
They are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead their Indooroopilly boutique. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to run your business, develop your team and create an exceptional in-store experience from the moment customers walk through the door.

Working with a close-knit team of approximately four, you'll be confident making decisions, comfortable working independently when required and motivated by delivering both outstanding service and strong commercial results.

As Store Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach and develop a small boutique team
- Deliver a personalised, consultative customer experience
- Build strong customer relationships and create a welcoming store setting
- Take ownership of store performance, KPIs and daily operations
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Manage stock, rostering and day-to-day store administration
- Develop product knowledge across the team and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Confidently work autonomously while taking full ownership of the boutique

What you'll bring

- Previous Store Manager or experienced Assistant Manager leadership experience
- A passion for consultative selling and creating meaningful customer relationships
- Confidence working independently and making commercial decisions




- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a small team
- Experience working to sales targets and key performance indicators
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining boutique presentation
- A warm, empathetic and professional communication style
- Experience within fashion, lingerie, intimates, premium apparel or another service-led retail workplace will be highly regarded
