About the role

IDOM Innovations Pty Ltd (Trading as AutoFlip) is seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work closely with management, business users and technical stakeholders to analyze business requirements, improve existing processes and support the implementation of effective ICT solutions. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, together with the ability to translate business needs into practical system and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Work with management, users and stakeholders to identify and analyse business needs and ICT requirements.

- Analyse existing business processes, systems, procedures and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Gather, document and evaluate functional and non-functional business requirements.

- Prepare business requirement specifications, functional specifications, process maps, workflow diagrams and related documentation.

- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing ICT systems and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Translate business requirements into transparent technical and functional requirements for system development and implementation.

- Liaise between business stakeholders, management, developers and other technical professionals.

- Assist with the design, development, testing, implementation and integration of ICT systems and solutions.

- Evaluate proposed system solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and organisational objectives.





- Develop test plans and participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate should have:

· A relevant working visa / residency status

· A relevant qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.

· Relevant experience in an ICT Business Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.

· Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and ICT systems.

· Experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.

· Experience analysing business processes and identifying system improvements.

· Ability to prepare functional specifications, process flows and business requirement documents.

· Understanding of system development, testing and implementation processes.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Significant experience navigating around AWS tooling

· At least 2 years experience in the Automotive Technology Industry.

Other Criteria

- Significant Experience with tools such as JIRA, Ring Central, Office 365, Miro, Automated Testing tools, CraftCMS.

- Ability to work onsite, 5 days per week if required.
