Our client is a national law firm whose construction team advises principals, contractors, subcontractors and major consultants on significant construction and development projects. It is looking for a Construction Associate with 2 to 5 years' PAE to work with developer and government clients in Sydney, alongside a highly experienced construction partner.

About the role

You will work on the front end of significant projects for developer and government clients. You will:

- Draft and negotiate construction contracts and consultant agreements
- Assist with procurement strategies and delivery models
- Prepare tender documents and contract suites
- Support strategic advice to clients across the life of a project
- Build genuine depth in front-end construction

What you'll bring

- 2 to 5 years' PAE




- Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
- Construction, projects or commercial contracts experience
- Strong drafting skills and a collaborative approach
