An established Australian business based in Emu Plains, delivering specialist door systems for healthcare and secure facilities, with projects delivered across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a hands-on role within a business where the Project Manager plays an important part in the customer experience, from the initial project requirements through to completion.

About your new role
This is a genuine end-to-end Project Management role. You'll take ownership of your projects, work directly with customers and keep everything moving to the agreed timeframe.

You'll be responsible for:

- Managing multiple projects across ANZ from order through to completion
- Being the main point of contact for your customers
- Visiting sites to measure and understand project requirements
- Working closely with Sales, Operations, Production, Logistics and installation teams
- Monitoring project flow, timelines, costs and variations
- Coordinating installation and subcontractors where required
- Keeping customers informed and resolving issues as they arise
- Making sure projects are delivered smoothly and to the agreed requirements

There is regular travel across ANZ, with some projects requiring you to be away for a couple of nights.

About you
You're an experienced Project Manager who enjoys being close to the detail, dealing directly with customers and taking ownership of getting a project across the line.

You'll ideally have:





- Proven Project Management experience
- A background in construction, office fit-outs, building, furniture, kitchens, joinery or specialist doors
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand plans and site requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong IT skills and confidence using project management systems
- The ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- A current driver's licence

You'll be responsive, organised and customer-focused, with the confidence to work with customers from the start of a project through to completion.

Most importantly, you're hungry, humble and proactive. You take ownership, communicate well and are focused on finding solutions.
