P3 Recovery Springwood is looking for a driven, sales-focused Centre Manager who doesn't just want to manage, they want to grow and be rewarded for it.

About Us:
At P3 Recovery, we empower people through a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing. We offer evidence-based therapies including Ice Baths, Saunas, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Compression Therapy, delivered in a welcoming, community based environment.

After being open for 2 years now, the business needs someone who can take it to its next level of growth with a heavy focus on hands on sales and marketing.

The Role:
As Centre Manager you'll take ownership of daily operations, membership sales, retention, team leadership and community engagement. Leading a small team of 5-10, this role requires someone who is willing to work hard in the beginning to enable the next level of growth and reap the benefits of what they build with a profit share model once revenue milestones are hit. The sky is the limit.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 1-2 years management experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality or similar

- A proven track record in membership sales and or revenue growth





- A natural leader who builds genuine community connection while keeping one eye on the metrics

- Executes consistently without being told and manages their own time ruthlessly

- Friendly, approachable and trustworthy with a genuine passion for people's wellbeing

- Prior recovery modality experience a bonus - curiosity and willingness to learn matters more

- Full Australian work rights required
