Are you an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner looking for a role that offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and genuine career progression?

At CPBS, we're seeking a passionate and dedicated practitioner to join our welcoming and collaborative North Melbourne team from January 2027. Based from our Bundoora office, this part-time (0.6 FTE) hybrid position offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career while maintaining work-life balance, with the potential to increase to full-time hours in the future.You'll be supported by an experienced clinical team, receive ongoing career development and clinical guidance, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people you support.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, writing behavioural support plans and programmes, assisting with the implementation of plans and supervision of other practitioners. The work is based on the principles of Multi-Element Behaviour Support (MEBS) and Positive Behaviour Support for children and adults in the home, community, and school/workplace settings.

What you’ll do

• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments
• Develop and review Behaviour Support Plans
• Deliver behavioural interventions and clinical recommendations
• Support families, support workers and stakeholders to implement strategies
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and multidisciplinary teams




• Maintain high-quality documentation and NDIS-compliant reporting

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Behaviour Analyst, Behaviour Therapist or similar discipline
• Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong assessment, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Passion for achieving meaningful outcomes for people with disability
• Commitment to ongoing learning and working within the MEBS model
• An NDIS Practitioner ID is preferred but not essential
• A postgraduate qualification related to Positive Behaviour Support or behaviour analysis will be highly regarded
