About the role

We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader to take the reins of a fast-paced, high-energy venue in Hobart. This role would suit an experienced Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager, Operations Manager or General Manager who thrives in busy environments and enjoys building strong cultures while delivering exceptional commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Leading, coaching and developing a large team

- Driving sales, profitability and operational excellence

- Managing labour and P&L; performance

- Creating a positive, high-accountability team culture

- Delivering exceptional guest experiences every day

- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow the business

- Being a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in when it gets busy

About you

- Proven leadership experience in hospitality

- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L; performance

- Deep understanding of labour management, rostering and COGS





- A passion for coaching, developing and retaining great people

- High energy, resilience and the ability to perform under pressure

- Someone who leads from the front and enjoys being part of a busy operation
