The person we are seeking

You will be calm, practical and dependable. You will understand that good disability support involves more than completing tasks. You will take the time to learn each participant’s routines, preferences and communication style while providing safe and respectful assistance.

- Respect for participant choice, privacy and dignity

- Confidence providing hands-on care

- Valuable judgement about when to seek assistance or escalate a concern
