Sitemate seeks a VP, Product Growth to own acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue levers across our product, homepage, and marketing sites. You will lead a lean Growth team of engineers, set KPIs and the experiment cadence, and align closely with Marketing, GTM and Executive leadership. You will shape the Growth plan, instrument data signals, and drive AI-enabled workflows. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney or Melbourne with strategic impact across the company.
