We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Director to lead the commercial performance of a distinctive luxury winery precinct spanning hotel accommodation, events, restaurant, wine and cellar door operations. As a key member of the Estate executive leadership team, reporting to the Chief Operating officer this role will shape and execute an integrated commercial strategy across sales, marketing, revenue, distribution, partnerships and brand growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially astute executive with the networks, credibility and discipline to identify chance, build profitable demand and convert strategy into measurable results. Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the Estate-wide commercial strategy, annual business plan and performance priorities. Lead sales, marketing, revenue, distribution and strategic partnership activity across all Estate businesses. Originate and convert high-value business across corporate, MICE, luxury leisure, events, travel trade, dining, wine and private-client markets. Optimise pricing, channel mix, inventory, packages and demand generation to grow revenue, margin and market share. Build a qualified pipeline of key accounts, commercial partnerships and new revenue opportunities. Develop integrated campaigns and experiences incorporating accommodation, events, dining, wine and the wider Estate. Drive profitable demand across midweek, shoulder and identified need periods while protecting premium positioning. Lead commercial forecasting, budgeting, CRM discipline, performance reporting and return-on-investment analysis. Build, lead and hold accountable a high-performing commercial team and specialist agency partners. Represent Levantine Hill Estate with credibility across executive, client, trade,



media and tourism networks. About you

You will bring: At least ten years senior commercial, sales, marketing, revenue or business development experience, including leadership at executive level. Experience within luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, events, tourism, wine or an integrated destination precinct. A demonstrated record of developing commercial strategy and delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth. Strong capability across pricing, revenue optimisation, distribution, account profitability, forecasting and performance analysis. Established networks across corporate, MICE, luxury leisure, events, travel trade and strategic partnership markets. Executive presence with highly developed leadership, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to move confidently between strategy, execution and individual business conversion. Current Australian working rights and willingness to travel as required. Experience within a winery estate, luxury regional hotel, destination resort or multi-venue hospitality precinct will be highly regarded. Pre-opening, repositioning or brand-development experience will also be advantageous. A Career Beyond the Ordinary
