About the Role The firm is looking to appoint a

Special Counsel

into its Commercial Litigation practice.

You’ll immediately become involved in a major commercial dispute currently attracting significant media attention, alongside a broader pipeline of complex litigation.

This is a senior role. You’ll run matters, manage clients, work directly with Partners and counsel, and supervise more junior lawyers.

Duties

Lead complex commercial litigation matters

Manage major court proceedings and key workstreams





Advise clients directly on litigation strategy and risk

Work closely with senior counsel and specialist barristers

Supervise and develop junior lawyers

Skills & Experience

Significant experience in Commercial Litigation

Operating at Special Counsel level or ready to step into it

Strong experience running complex court proceedings

Excellent drafting and strategic judgement

Confident managing sophisticated clients and matters

Culture High-performing, direct and down-to-earth.
