Head of Engagement & Readiness - Transformation Lead the people and adoption agenda across a major enterprise transformation portfolio. This senior leadership role sits between transformation delivery and business adoption, ensuring major change is understood, business-ready and successfully embedded. You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, communications, change, learning and readiness, partnering with executives and Program Directors across multiple transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities
Lead the Engagement & Readiness team and function. Set enterprise change, engagement and readiness frameworks. Advise executives on change impacts, adoption and readiness risks. Partner with Program Directors across major ERP,
technology and business transformation initiatives. Establish readiness and adoption measures for key programs. Build organisational change capability across the portfolio. About you
You’re a senior Change, Transformation or Organisational Change leader with: Enterprise experience across major transformation programs. Solid executive stakeholder and influencing skills. Experience leading change teams or enterprise change functions. Experience across ERP, digital, technology or operating model transformation.
