Automic Group seeks a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our Sydney team. The role reports to the Chief Risk Officer and partners with the Executive Leadership Team, delivering pragmatic, hands-on legal support across corporate and commercial matters in a quick-growing fintech environment. While primarily corporate, the role spans commercial contracting, employment law, disputes, privacy, data governance and emerging AI risks; we will value someone who embeds scalable processes and
