About Kingdom Kids

Located within the Calvary Christian College campus in Carbrook, Kingdom Kids is a unique early learning service providing high-quality education and care for children aged 15 months to 5 years.

Our children enjoy rich learning experiences including sensory play gardens, Bush Kindy, farm visits, library access, and strong community connections. We believe early childhood education is about nurturing the whole child, developing confident learners, creative thinkers, problem-solvers, and caring community members.

About the Role

We are seeking passionate Certificate III Educators to join our team on a casual basis.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

- Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Support children's learning, development, wellbeing and sense of belonging.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, inclusive and welcoming learning environment.
- Contribute to educational programs that meet the needs and interests of individual children.
- Document children's learning and development.
- Support indoor and outdoor learning environments that inspire curiosity and exploration.

Requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
