Americold is seeking a Warehouse Training Coordinator in Queensland to build workforce capability by delivering structured training, coaching, competency assessment and onboarding support. You will also contribute to warehouse operations while upholding secure work practices, process consistency, quality and productivity.
You will deliver training, coach and assess, maintain records, and escalate issues to the Team Manager.
