Junior Luxury Sales Associate – Full-Time or Part-Time | Messika Westfield
Messika is seeking an energetic, engaging, and motivated Junior Luxury Sales Associate to join our boutique at Westfield Sydney. As part of our boutique team, you will learn to create exceptional client experiences, introduce clients to the world of Messika and develop meaningful, long-term relationships through personalised service, storytelling and clienteling. You will work closely with the boutique team to build your sales skills, develop client relationships and contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique objectives.
Key responsibilities
Deliver a warm, personalised and memorable client experience in line with Messika's standards
Learn to understand individual client needs and confidently present Messika collections through engaging product and brand storytelling
Develop your sales skills and contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique targets
Build long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up, appointments, CRM and clienteling
Learn to identify sales opportunities and support the team in developing new and existing clients
Develop strong knowledge of Messika collections, fine jewellery and luxury client service through ongoing training and development




Work collaboratively with the boutique team and contribute positively to overall boutique performance
Maintain high standards of boutique presentation, product care and daily operations
Support boutique events, client activations and other boutique initiatives
Bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and initiative to the team

You are warm, confident and engaging, with a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and welcome
Genuinely enjoy meeting people and building relationships
Have an interest in sales and are motivated by achieving results
Communicate confidently and naturally with people from different backgrounds
