softrun is seeking a detail-oriented skilled to quantify the realism of audience reactions for synthetic rooms. You will build ground-truth datasets from rehearsals and measurements, design metrics for when a persona reacts correctly, and run evaluations to track improvements before shipping.
You will identify failure modes, define delivery metrics from audio signals, and document findings in a repository and blog when appropriate.
