Where can this take you?
A Dental Assisting traineeship is just the beginning. Many of our team members have built long-term careers in dentistry, progressing into roles such as:
Treatment Coordinator, the key link between chairside care and the patient experience by guiding patients through their treatment journey from start to finish
Practice Coordinator or Practice Manager, overseeing day-to-day clinical operations
Further study pathways, such as Certificate IV in Dental Assisting or Oral Health and even Dental Surgery (subject to eligibility and entry requirements)
Specialised chairside roles supporting surgical, cosmetic or implant dentistry as you gain experience
SmileWorks Dental Doreen is open during the following hours:
Monday & Tuesday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 7:30am – 1:00pm
Availability to work at least one late night per week is required, helping us provide great care to our patients when they need it most.
