Junior Site Supervisor / Leading Hand | Luxury Residential Location: Northern Beaches / Lower North ShoreSalary: Up to $140k +
The Role
Support the day-to-day running of high-end residential projects
Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors on site
Assist with short-term programming and sequencing of works
Maintain a strong focus on quality, finishes and programme
Read and interpret construction drawings
Assist with site safety, inductions and compliance
Complete site inspections, mark-ups and QA
Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
Help drive the project through to successful completion
About You
Experience as a Leading Hand or Junior Site Supervisor
Experience working for a residential builder or head contractor
Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
Comfortable coordinating multiple trades on site
Valuable eye for detail and quality finishes
Strong communication and organisation skills
Exposure to Procore, HammerTech, Plexa or 1Breadcrumb
Looking for a long-term opportunity with progression into a Site Supervisor / Foreman position
