You'll own the day-to-day flow, coach a high-performing team, and manage rosters and labour while ensuring Beerenberg standards are met from open to close.
You'll champion guest experiences, resolve issues quickly, and keep service flowing during peak periods, across multiple departments with a focus on safety and compliance.
