Beerenberg is seeking two experienced HRC Managers to lead front-of-house operations across café, retail, tourism, events and seasonal Strawberry Patch activities. You'll own the day-to-day flow, coach a high-performing team, and manage rosters and labour while ensuring Beerenberg standards are met from open to close.
You'll champion guest experiences, resolve issues quickly, and keep service flowing during peak periods, across multiple departments with a focus on safety and compliance.
