Mango Hill Tavern, part of Australian Venue Co., is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team in Mango Hill. You'll lead daily operations across dining, sports bar and functions, delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving service standards.
You will coach and develop the front-of-house team, manage labour and rosters, oversee cash handling and reporting, and support ongoing venue improvements while working closely with the Venue Manager.
