Medibank is seeking an Overseas Customer Service and Sales Consultant for a part time role in Brisbane, working 22.5 hours over 3 days. The position is based mainly at QUT Brisbane City (Kelvin Grove & Gardens Point) with occasional work-from-home or Medibank store options.
You will support overseas students with health insurance, handling calls, emails, and messages to deliver a premium service and identify opportunities to improve the member and billing experience.
