What You'll Be Doing:
Dialling in and maintaining consistent espresso profiles
Preparing espresso and filter brews to a high standard
Educating and engaging customers who appreciate quality coffee
Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
Working closely with the team to uphold service and workflow standards
Responsible for preparing a variety of drinks including milkshakes & blended drinks
Taking and delivering orders to table
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year experience in a specialty coffee environment
Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brew ratios
Ability to produce consistent latte art (tulip)
Comfortable using high-end equipment (or eager to learn)
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
A team player who values quality, speed, and cleanliness
Available to work weekends and peak service times
Ability to take customer order with confidence and accuracy
