Wholesale Jewellery & Gemstone Sales Executive | B2B Sales
Bolton Gems is looking for a confident, energetic and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our Brisbane team. You'll manage and grow a portfolio of existing jewellery retailers while actively looking for opportunities to increase sales and develop new business.
Key responsibilities
Building strong relationships with our existing wholesale customers
Proactively contacting customers and identifying sales opportunities
Following up quotes, enquiries, new ranges and customer requests
Picking, presenting and selling gemstones, diamonds and finished jewellery
Introducing customers to new collections, promotions and special buys
Developing new wholesale accounts and re-engaging inactive customers
Working with our sales representatives and internal team to maximise opportunities
Helping customers with enquiries relating to repairs, custom makes and special orders
Maintaining accurate customer notes, follow-ups and sales activity
Working towards achievable sales targets and KPIs
About you
Genuinely enjoy selling and achieving results
Confident picking up the phone and starting conversations
Build rapport easily and enjoy developing long‐term customer relationships
Proactive rather than waiting to be given your next task
Have strong follow‐up skills and don't let opportunities disappear
Organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple customers and enquiries
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy working as part of a close‐knit team
Comfortable being accountable to sales targets and KPIs
Experience in jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, luxury goods, wholesale or B2B sales would be highly regarded, but it isn't essential
Salary + performance-based commission
