Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking anexperienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team on a full time basis.
You will support the Head Chef, supervise the kitchen, and ensure high-quality dishes while mentoring the team.
Our ideal candidate holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, has at least two years in a Sous Chef role, and is flexible across shifts, including weekends.
