We are seeking a motivated Senior Dental Receptionist to join our supportive, patient-focused team at our Brighton practice.

About the Role

Greeting patients warmly and professionally
Managing bookings, enquiries, and daily schedules
Maximising chair utilisation through gap management, recalls and treatment plan conversion
Processing payments, HICAPS, Medicare and patient communication




Handling patient enquiries professionally across phone, email, and in person
Problem-solving and taking initiative
Collaborating closely with the team
About You
We value attitude, commitment, and professionalism above all. You will also have:
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Dental Receptionist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients
Commitment to providing a warm, high-quality, patient-centred care
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Reliability and a genuine passion for the industry
Confidence with computers
Superior organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task
The ability to contribute to team morale
An approachable personality who is friendly, bubbly, and well-presented
