For Purpose Aged Care is hiring a part‐time Clinical Care Coordinator for Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care. You will provide daily clinical leadership to RN's, EN's and PCA's, working closely with the Residential Manager to shape and embed high‐quality care systems and resident experiences.
You will mentor staff, drive strong clinical outcomes, ensure compliance, and support commissioning activities while promoting a compassionate care culture in a brand‐current home.
