About Temp Assignments
We are actively looking to grow our successful team of working temps across Reception, Administration, and Customer Service assignments.
These assignments cover varying durations; short, medium, long and ongoing, across a number of industries.
As a temp you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience, enhance your skills, build your resume, and be exposed to a variety of working environments.
The Role
Responsibilities vary with each assignment, duties can include but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting corporate clients
Answer and direct incoming calls
Invoicing and general administration support
Manage office resources
Data entry
Raising of POs + order entry
Skills and Experience
Availability to work business hours Monday - Friday and start immediately
Prior experience in a Reception / Administration / office based Customer Service
Exceptional communication skills
Warm and engaging personality
Able to manage a varied workload and flexibility
