You will oversee medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary plans while partnering with HR, Legal, Finance, and external vendors.
You will manage budgeting, enrollment, and communications, ensure ERISA/ACA compliance, and drive cost management and risk mitigation across the advantages portfolio.
