Job Description
Victoria International Container Terminal (VICT) is Australia's flagship automated terminal, located at Webb Dock East, Port of Melbourne.
We are seeking a People, Safety and Capability Manager to lead safety and capability across a 24/7 high-risk operation, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
You will shape safety strategy, manage workers' compensation and injury management, and partner with executives to uplift organisational capability and leadership development.
