We're partnering with awell-established commercialfitout/refurbishmentcontractordelivering high-quality projects across Melbourne.
Due to a healthy pipeline, they're looking to add aProject Coordinatorwho can support Project Managers and Site Teams to keep programs, procurement, and documentation running smoothly.
The Role
Reporting to a Project Manager, you'll help coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams-subcontractor engagement, RFIs, procurement, cost tracking, and project admin-while building your capability toward a full Project Manager pathway.
Key responsibilities
Support PMs withprogram tracking, procurement and subcontractor onboarding
Assist withRFIs, variations, document controland project reporting
Coordinatesite/start-up requirements(inductions, SWMS, permits, lead times)
Trackbudgets, commitments, invoicesand basic cost reporting
Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to keep deliverables on time
Maintain strong governance aroundquality and safety documentation
About You
Experience as aProject Coordinator / Contracts Admin / Project Engineer / Assistant PM(construction or fitout)
Exposure tocommercial fitout/refurbprojects (ideal), or a strong build background with transferable skills
Confident communicator who can coordinate stakeholders and keep momentum
Solid documentation and systems discipline
Proactive, solutions-focused, and keen to progress your career
