Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
Are you a seasoned Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with multiresidential project experience?
Join a very well-established developer builder on a new development.
Join during design and preconstruction, then move across to the delivery of the $150M project.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
Lead and mentor your well-resourced team; engineers, CA, Site Manager, Foremen.
Work closely with repeat clients and subcontractors.
About You:
Proven experience as a PM or SPM.




MUST have a passion for apartment new build projects $80M+.
