Focus Connect is seeking an energetic Facilitator to support its Social Inclusion & Wellbeing initiatives in New South Wales.
You will run social groups, activities and outings, creating welcoming, culturally inclusive experiences that encourage participation and belonging.
Ideal applicants have experience with older adults, solid communication skills and the ability to drive community connections.
A current Driver's license is required; bus licensing is a plus.
