APM Employment Services is seeking a qualified clinician to conduct Residential Aged Care Funding Assessments across Central West NSW using the AN-ACC tool.
You will interview residents and staff, review health records, and triangulate data to determine funding classifications.
The role is a perm part time position, 3 days per week, with locum travel across the region and opportunities to support other regions as needed.
Training and travel are provided.
