Roux Investments Pty LTD is seeking a full time Architectural Draftsperson to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for buildings and structures.
?
Translating architects' concepts and designs into technical documentation.
?
Liaising with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design intent is accurately communicated.
?
Conducting site inspections and assisting with project documentation.
?
Producing models and visual representations of designs using CAD or other software.
?
Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
?
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in architectural drafting or a related field.
?
Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or similar (e.g., Certificate IV in Building Design, Diploma in Architectural Technology).
?
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
?
Robust attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
?
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: $75,****** – $85,****** per year
