Job Description
The Coles Group in Swan Hill, VIC is seeking a Store Leader for the deli department.
You will report to the Store Manager and have full accountability for day-to-day deli operations, driving an exceptionally presented store and an engaging customer experience.
You will lead, coach and develop your deli team, maintain stock and quality, and ensure compliance with audit and food safety standards while delivering to sales targets and rostering needs.
